So I can no longer can keep with my 6 month olds demands. I pump 4x a day and lucky if I get 10-15oz. I work full-time and she gets bottles while we are away, and sometimes refuses me when I get home, so then she gets a bottle and I pump instead.
I eat oatmeal every morning, drink a ton of water, have dried fenugreek. Nothing seems to help. Have any of you taken domperidone? Is this something that I need a prescription for? What can you tell me??
Re: Domperidone-what can you tell me about it?
I have taken it. Three different LCs told me about it (including 2 LCs at the hospital where I gave birth). I asked the pedi and OB about it. They both gave the green light to use it. You need to take 2 10 mg pills 3 times a day. It is a miracle drug. My supply went substantially up in days. You can buy them at inhousepharmacy.biz without a prescription. It is normally used for acid reflex in other countries. You could only buy them at compounding pharmacies with a prescription in the US. Buy it. It is so worth it.
