Question on delivery of possible ds baby-

I was just wondering if there were additional doctors/nurses in your room when you were preparing to deliver your ds baby?? They think my baby is ds mainly because he/she has a complete avsd(and other soft markers) and I was already told the baby will be most likely in nicu. With my first baby, the only staff that I remember were my midwife and possibly two other nurses. Just wondering. TIA!
