  Carly. If I saw it spelled either of the other two ways, I would assume her parents just didn't know how to spell it correctly.

  Completely agree!  There is nothing worse than a K spelling on a C name...see Kardashians for reference.

  I had a good friend named Karly growing up, so that is what looks right to me. But I would go with Carly out of your choices. The -i and -ie endings look too young to me.
