Diaper Rash

My best friend threw my baby shower and gifted us a diaper cake and wreath made of size 2 diapers that I think are the Parent's Choice brand. We got low on Pampers Swaddlers so we used some of the other diapers and within 12 hours my LO got horrible diaper rash. They didn't seem to wick moisture away and it just sat on his skin. What have y'all found to be the best treatment? He's currently wrapped in a towel with no diaper to dry out, and the Desitin doesn't seem to be helping.

We use vasoline. It has worked better for us thank any diaper rash cream.

Sorry to hear that he got a rash so quickly from those diapers! Definitely air him out as much as you can and I've just been using target brand diaper rash cream myself

Vaseline. And in really bad cases, soaks in baking soda water and loads of air time.

I use sudocrem and have had success with it. Good luck.
