so, i tried the salt dough hand/foot prints today.
i used the recipe that calls for 2 cups flour, 1/2 cup salt and 3/4 cup warm water.
it went smoothly, but even after kneeding it for 10 minutes it was still tough enough that i felt like i was going to break her little fingers making the indentations. the handprints just came out so so. the footprints were much easier. i think the handprints will go better once she's bigger.
i just need to seal them and put string on them now. it was a fun little project.
