This morning I was preparing food to go to a family Christmas and I had to sit down because I felt dizzy and lightheaded. I hadn't eaten breakfast yet, so I imagine that's what caused it. Dr. Google says its normal in early pregnancy; it still makes me nervous though! Have any of you experienced something like that?

Yep...with every pregnancy.nbsp; I always carried small snacks with me so that I could munch on something, otherwise I would get dizzy and shakey.nbsp; Try to eat small snacks throughout the day and you should fine. :
Thanks for the response! What kind of snacks did you carry? I am googling everything before I put it in my mouth so could use some good ideas about what to stock up on.

Yes ma'am! Every day. I'm not sure if it has to do with progesterone supplements or just pregnancy for me, but I have it too!
I carry granola bars, cheerios, and cheez its.
