Boy name opinions needed

We are having a boy in a few months, and were pretty much set on Logan James. Recently though, I've been a little wishy washy about it for some reason. We decided today that another name we both like is Owen. We really want to use James as a middle nam (family name), so that is set in stone. So, Logan James or Owen James? Or, can you suggest some other names? I think I like the -en/-an sounds at the end of a name.

They're both great names!
Owen is less popular, which is why I prefer it to Logan.

I really like Logan James. Logan was DH's top pick if we were having a boy (it's a girl).
Suggestion: Brandon (my top pick for a boy) It is a bit more common though... but I still love the name

TTGP March Siggy Challenge
I was surprised by the PP who said that Logan is more popular than Owen so I had to check the SSA myself...and it is! I thought Owen was more popular. Hmm...maybe just around where I live in Canada. I'm tired of it.
I much prefer Logan James.
