IUD users - question

Have you ever had bleeding following physical activity? Today, for example, I moved our dryer and some moderately heavy boxes to make room for a christmas tree. Then I noticed that I was cramping very lightly and bleeding lightly. I don't believe this is AF as I am EBF and haven't had a period yet (though it is a possibility, I guess I'll know for sure by tomorrow), but I was curious to anyone else's experience. Thanks.

    I never noticed after physical activity per se, but I bled for a solid 6 weeks after insertion. How long as the iud been in? My ob said the bleeding can last up to 6 months.

    I've had it in since 8 weeks so about a month and a week now. I only bled for about a day after insertion and had cramps for about three days and then didn't notice anything until now.
