Crib Climbing?

Just curious, when did your LO first escape out of their crib? Ours is at the lowest setting and my little guy greeted me at the door after nap time today. Boy was I surprised!

    knock on wood but my 19 month old son has never once tried to climb out of his crib

    He hasn't tried yet.  I'm getting nervous because I've seen him swing his leg over the side rail.

    DD climbed out just under her turning 1 year, so she slept in her pack n play since the rails are higher than her crib. We just moved her to her toddler bed 2 weeks ago (she's 18 months) I felt she was way to young when she started climbing out to put her in the big girl bed, and she's doing great.

    Ours hasn't tried to climb out yet at 18 months.  He does climb out of the bath tub now.  Then again, he tends to play in his crib for a while when he wakes up then he will call out to us when he wants out of the crib.
