After waiting a week for AF to come, I called my RE and they wanted me to come in for an US. My lining was ok enough to start injectibles without having a period. A little strange since I was overstimulated last month. The doctor warned me I would have a very heavy period and would most likely have to skip next cycle due to possible cysts. So here we are with no cysts and no period and I am able to start injections tonight. Sad, but happy to move on.
Crazy that two months ago I got pregnant with no fertility meds and this month with at least 10 mature follicles I didn't get pregnant.
I guess I can drink on Christmas. I think I might pick up a bottle of wine for tonight.

It's just not fair.

Dx: PCOS and short luteal phase
18 cycles (3 with our RE) - Metformin + Clomid + HCG booster did the trick!
