I feel like i'm crazy!

Anyone else experiencing crazy mood swings?! I will be completely happy and fine and then all of a sudden I am so mad and flipping out on the closest person, usually my husband or kids. Any suggestions?

    So glad it's not just me :) My husband ate the leftovers that I had been dreaming about all morning and I wanted to kill him, I think I cried
