Could I poop the baby out?

in 1st Trimester
I haven't pooped in over a week. I'm afraid I might push too hard and he will come out. Has this ever happened to anybody or can I finally go poop?

    Don't kid yourself.  My first time around I wondered about this too because it was so difficult.  Eat a bunch of fruit if you can.  Lots of pears, oranges, etc.  I'm sorry.

    I would put it in your birth plan. Some places will make you have them vaginally if you aren't having a c-section.

    Haha I've felt that way the past few weeks too! I've been eating activia yogurt and drinking warm (pasturized) apple cider every day. You could also talk to your doctor about switching your prenatal to something with a little less iron. I switched mine and I'm feeling a lot better. Hope you get some relief soon!
