1st appointment

So excited that my first appointment is tomorrow. But very very nervous. This is my first baby so I don't know what to expect..... I was wondering will they do an ultrasound since I haven t had one? How did you calm your nerves before your appointment? Thanks ladies you are the best!

    Every practice is different. Some do a dating US right away, some women don't get one until the anatomy scan. They will ask a few questions, check weight and blood pressure and maybe get you to pee in a cup. Nothing to be nervous about.
