Yesterday morning, I had a temp spike, after a 2 day dip... I was only 10 DPO so I wasn't going to test but I just couldn't resist! Three minutes later, it was positive. I was stunned, shocked, but mostly ecstatic! I tested again last night and this morning and it was confirmed!
We have been trying for 7 cycles. I have endometriosis and had a lap surgery and the die test to confirm open tubes 2 years ago. I was on BC as treatment since then. I also had a leep done a few years ago. I was really concerned about TTC so I've been to by gyn more than a few times.
How I told my Hubby: He had been away on business and returned Friday. When he got home he hugged me from behind and started rubbing my belly. I said "Do you know something I don't." (Just one of those weird things- who knows what caused him to do this) So when he came upstairs Saturday morning, after I tested I just looked at him and said, Remember when I asked if you knew something I didn't, well... you did! I was shaking and my voice was trembling! He knew right away! He was a bit in shock but very happy.
What I did this month: The 2 things that were different this month were that I have been doing acupuncture weekly, and trying to relax. I think it really may have helped. I found an acupuncturist who specializes in women with endo and fertility. I also did the usual OKP, temping, checking CM.
I am just hoping and and praying for a healthy baby. I only been active on this board about 2 months, but I really wanted to say thanks to everyone for sharing their stories and offering advice. Dealing with endometriosis after BC was really stressful and you all helped a lot. I wish you all the very best and hope to see you in First Tri very soon!

TTC #1 8/2012~Chronic Pelvic Pain Condition began 10/2012~Told I was crazy by many doctors until a good specialist DXed a labral tear and bone impingement in left hip 4/2013~Surgery on left hip: 5/31/13 SUCCESS!!! Pain flares to continue indefinitely (but mostly gone).
Resumed TTC 6/2013~Chronic stomach pain and distension: 8/2013~TTA 1/2014 Until Resolved ~7/2014: Trip to the Mayo Clinic--SUCCESS!! Finally on the road to getting better.
Resumed TTC 7/2014! Third time's the charm....8/2014 Visited the RE~DX: MFI/low morph~Straight to IVF with ICSI! 9/2014~Transferred 1 perfect beautiful 6AA blast with 10 to freeze!!!~10/8/2014: BFP!!!! EDD: 6/17/15 STICK LITTLE BEAN!!! IT'S A BOY!!!!!

Cycle #16 actively trying (May/June): Femara, TI = BFN
Cycle #17- #20 - Med/Treatment break, trying on our own = BFN's all around.
Cycle #21 - Femara, MORE Femara, Ovidrel and a Christmas IUI = BFN

DH (32): SA is ok, slightly low morph, normal SCSA Me (32): Slightly low progesterone, hostile CM, carrier for CF, Moderately high NKC, High TNFa, heterozyogous mutated Factor XIII, and +APA
October 2012-May 2014: 4 failed IUIs, 3 failed IVFs, and 1 failed FETw/donor embryos
November 2014: IVF w/ICSI #4 Agonist/Antagonist with EPP and Prednisone, Baby Aspirin, Lovenox, and IVIG for immune issues. Converted to freeze all due to lining issues. 2 blasts frozen on day 6!
January 2015: FET #2 Cancelled due to lining issues
April 2015: FET #2.1
