REALLY cold fruit juice (apple or cranberry mix), root beer and Funyuns. Seriously. I had funyuns for breakfast on Saturday, and I haven't gone a day without root beer for the last week at least.

I second the ice cold apple juice. Every morning after getting sick I need "natural" white cheddar cheetos and/or wheat things and a big glass of ice cold milk.
