Constipation?

I thought twice about posting this, but I think we're past the point of tmi on these boards LOL. I kept reading where consipation is a symptom of pregnancy and I'm finally experiencing it. UGH, no fun! Just wanted to see if anyone else was experiencing this as well and if there's anything you can do to help? I've been taking fiber pills, eating shredded wheat, etc. and it's just not happening.

I'm right there with ya. Lots of fiber pills and more than a gallon of water a day and I'm still only having a BM once a week.

My doctor recommended Colace stool softener. I've only taken one so I'll keep you updated on how it works.

I used Colace for a few weeks after delivery. It worked for me.

Someone on the board suggested apple juice. Think I'm going to try it!

I cannot say enough good things about apple juice!! It's the only thing in the world that is keeping me semi-regular.

I get the Simply Apple pressed juice.

Dried Apricots! I assume any dried fruit will work... I was really bad last week and bought some dried apricots. I eat like three pieces every day and I have been pretty good.
