  I'm so sorry. I wish that this road were easier, at least parts of it. It's so frustrating when our bodies don't work like they should. Sending you ((hugs)) and hopefully AF will show up once you do call your OB.

  TTC since 4/28/07
  Diagnosed w/ endometriosis 12/2010 Laproscopic surgery & 6 months of Lupron
  BFP 12/17/2011,EDD 8/23/12,ectopic discovered 12/29/11 at 6 weeks recieved methotrexate
  Dec '12 HSG & ultrasound showed abnormalities & more endo. Laproscopic surgery in January '13 showed significant damage & scar tissue from Endo. IVF is our best shot to concieve our rainbow.

  My dr said if I hadn't started AF in 6 weeks to POAS and call him either way. Have you POAS yet to make sure you aren't pregnant? I would recommend that first and then call.

  I'm sorry. I know that the first AF is much anticipated. It may give you hope to know my AF came 6 weeks and 2 days after D&C and was considered well within the "normal" range. It's a good idea to call the physician to come up with a plan and ease your mind.

  Thank you all for your kind words and encouragement. It does help to know that others have been in the same situation before and it turned out ok. It's just so hard to stay hopeful and optimistic someitmes.

  And Jeni - yes, I POAS on Sat. BFFN. Not that I was expecting any different as we are TTA until AF comes.

  I'm at six weeks too, and no AF yet. 

  I honestly don't really trust my doctor to tell me what's up. Pre m/c my cycles were ridiculously long and irregular, and my doctor never really paid attention to it. He also never understood why I would chart and did not support my husband and I's wishes to use NFP instead of BC. I honestly trust my chart more than my doctor.

  I'm going to keep charting and wait two more weeks before calling. But that is just me. If you trust your doc, you should call. If nothing else, it will give you some peace of mind to have a plan.

  I'm sorry this is happening to you. It is so frustrating to feel so wonky afterward.

  I am 8 weeks post d&c today and still no period. I did have some painful cramping last week and went in for an ultrasound and found out I did ovulate (my chart also told me I did) so now I wait to see what happens in the next week. If AF or BFP is not here next week I will start meds to get my flow going. Good Luck.

  My OB told me that for some women, it can take longer than 3/4 weeks for AF to arrive -although it is rare.  Luck to you!

  It's not that uncommon for your cycles to be wonky after a D&C, it's very disruptive to your system. I hope your OB can help you get back on track.

  I'm so sorry. It is so frustrating to not have your body cooperate and it's totally normal to feel defeated. (((hugs))) Here's hoping that the dr will give you a game plan and AF shows her face soon!

  I'm so sorry hon    I hate when our bodies aren't cooperating on top of what we're already having to go through.
  

  BFP #1:  8/10/11 EDD: 4/9/12 Natural miscarriage @ 7 weeks: 8/20/11
  BFP #2: 8/31/12 EDD: 5/18/13 Chemical pregnancy: 9/4/12

  Lots of testing, all clear with the exception of compound heterozygous for the MTHFR mutation. 
  
  Cycle 1: Femara, trigger shot, Bravelle added due to slow response = BFN
  Cycle 2: Cancelled due to two cysts =(
  Cycle 3: Femara, Bravelle, trigger shot and IUI = BFP then loss #3

  I went 146 with no AF....I feel your pain. My OB made me wait 8 weeks though, so hopefully yours can start interventions sooner. I think up to 8 weeks is normal to wait for AF though.
  

  BFP #1: 12/26/11, EDD 09/05/12; m/c discovered: 02/22/12 @ 12w u/s,
  D&C: 03/08/12 Waited for AF for 146 long days!
  Hysteroscopy/D&C on July 10th to fix blocked cervix (DX: Cervical Stenosis)
