  Lots of places will have likely sold off their 2011 models by now, although I see that snugglebugz.ca still has some for $199.  They are a canadian site though, not sure if they ship to the US and what the duty might be.  We have a city mini and I LOVE it.  The only drawback is that the access to the basket is horrible so it's not the stroller you would want to take on a full day of shopping!
