I read on here about if baby has green poop, they are not getting enough hindmilk. Do they always have green poop to determine this or are there other things to look for as well? In another post someone mentioned gassiness/fussiness. My baby has both of these but no green poop. Could he still not be getting enough hindmilk?
Gassiness without green poop might be something you're eating. To make sure you're giving enough hindmilk, nurse from one breast for two feedings, then switch to the other for the next two.
I had an over-abundance of foremilk when DH was 2 months and his poop was GREEN. The alternate feeding schedule corrected my foremilk issue and cleared the green poop right up.
