Doesn't look like eczema to me. I would say heat rash but if it sticks around for a while I'd probably give the pedi a call. I'd also keep the area dry.
this is currently happening to me now. i have them on the back of my legs, my thighs and even my butt cheeks and the more i itch the more i get i put rubbing alcohol to try to lower the itchiness and it works
