my bac hurts almost everyday and every min that passes by and its normal ..this my second prego happening and its th worst of 2 . it stops hurting if am on my hands n knees but thn i gt tired of doing that so i dnt know what to do any more about it

    my back was killing me like everyday in the early months then it stopped and today it feels like it made a comeback with a vengeance. I usually just lay down and that helps and a warm shower too...

    My back hurts a lot - I change position or prop my feet up and it seems to help.  My mom bought be a Boppy maternity body pillow and it really has helped my back pain at night.
