38 weeks and 1 day

so i have a dr apt tomorrow but i am not going to be able to make it cuz i dont have the gas money to get there... when i went in last wed i was 3 cm and 70% soft..... i just wanna go in to labor already... my back is killing me and every now and then my belly feels like its getting tight but i dont know if its her or contractons...... my husband says i am like crying or something in my sleep...idk all i know iis i feel these sharp pains every now and then and they dont feel good i still have not lost my mp tho so idk what to do
