I took my shoes off in my cubicle and a little while later I realized that that funky smell was coming from my feet. Nooooo! Apparently these are stink-inducing shoes.
Any tips for reducing the funk in closed toe work heels?

I've started wearing knee high nylons. They're pretty comfortable and rather cheap. I think I got a big pack somewhere odd like Kroger. They keep my feet fairly warm, and they look better than wearing socks.
With shoes with fabric soles, I've spritzed with Febreeze.

I can't stand nylons - even knee-highs. Plus I live in the south where it's crazy warm already. I do have them for presentations and things, but bleh.
Fabric softener sheet - do you wipe your shoes and feet with it, or cut it up and wear it inside your shoe?

Store the shoes overnight with the fabric softener sheet in them. Hopefully it will help! I hate nylons, too. They actually make my feet more stinky.

I just had to throw in I know how you feel about it being crazy warm. It went from coat and scarf weather over the weekend to flip flops and short sleeves today just about. Gotta love the south
