  You should be able to get a new tube for it just about anywhere. . . Target, etc.  Or you could try to patch the old tube.

  DH got a new tube for ours from Walmart or Toys R Us (by the bikes).  I'm not sure how he did it, but it comes in a box, not pumped up yet.

  DH found it easy, but he also can change out bike tires too. Tubes came from Walmart, they've lasted a long time.

  I've used a bicycle tire repair kit and it's worked fine for my jogging stroller.
