Leaky Boobs?

I was just reading that leaky boobs is a possible symptom at 21 weeks.  Has anyone experience this in the 2nd trimester?  It seems a little early to me but I've never done this before.  I'm wondering if I need to pick up some nursing pads to throw in my purse.

    Mine started at 17 weeks... it's on and off... I bought reusable breat pads from etsy to have in case it gets worse.

    Mine started at around 16 weeks, but it wasn't gushing out or anything like that. Just a little drop here and there. Nothing that would soak through my bra and shirt.

    Mine were leaky one time very early on.

    It doesn't happen to everyone, but with my first pregnancy, I started leaking around 25 weeks.  I wore the cheap little pads in my bra, but the biggest issue was when I wasn't wearing a bra (sleeping, showering, etc.).
