How do I clear the baby acne?

    Our pedi said just a washcloth with warm water every other day.  It's taking awhile, but it is getting better for our LO.  She said soap can irritate it and make it worse.

    If you are breastfeeding squirt a little milk on there.  Seriously, sounds gross but works really well.

    I tried the breast milk and it seemed to work! I also give him a bath every night and put baby oil on his cheeks! It is working really well!

    Our pedi said to try a warm washcloth or to put a little breast milk on the baby's face. I've only tried the washcloth and that has worked for us.
