    Nothing complicated, but it's some dots I was otherwise going to stencil onto the walls.

    We put up a lizard/dragon one above the crib.  I was worried that it would be overbearing but I really really like it.

    we've got some mural-like paintings on the wall from the previous owners of the house. we painted over most of it but left a few little animals.

    then I also put up some spaceship type wallpaper cutout things that look like sticky decals but cost waaaaay less. they turned out really well. got them on amazon for like $8.

    these were already up long before this new baby was even a twinkle in our eyes.

    we have a very ecclectic decor in my sons' room!

    We put up two ... and we LOVE them!!  (ignore the open electrical outlets - we're having them replaced.  Oh - and the wrinkly curtain - it's gone.)

    I found a cute tree w/ birds decal on Amazon the other day. It was cheap, and got me to my $25 so that I could get free shipping on the yoga DVD I was ordering. If it ends up arriving and I don't like it, I'll probably put it in our 2yo's room, maybe do something funky and creative and different with the stickers than the tree pattern to mix it up a bit.

    I was also looking at polka dot/circle sets, but ended up getting curtains and a bedspread for the spare bed in the nursery that were both polka dots from Ikea, so dots on the walls too might be a little overboard.

    I just ordered a huge tree today from ebay... it was about $20-30 cheaper than the ones i liked on etsy and the shipping was free!
