Baby too fat for Baby bjorn??

My 14lb chunker seems to have a really hard time fitting into our baby bjorn, like the sides barely close around his middle.  WTH, I thought it was supposed to go up to 25lbs?!

    i dont mean this to be a "duh" response, but did you adjust the bottom for a bigger baby? i know our bjorn has about 5 differentsettings depending on height and/or weight of baby.

    Bjorns are a lifesaver for us so I hope you can get it to fit you LO!!

    Wow, my suggestion would have been adjusting it too, since it seems as though there are a few points at which you can adjust. I think DS was in ours until 20ish lbs, at which point we switched to the ergo as the bjorn was starting to hurt my back.
