5 day Blast Trans Success Stories?

Hello All! My name is Annie and I am 39 yo going through my first IVF cycle.

I just had 3-5 day blasts transfered back on Tuesday. I'm just wondering if anyone out there in cyberspace has any success stories with such a thing. This 2ww is killing me and I need some happy thoughts to pick me up!

(The blasts were 3 of 15 fertilized and they were of grades AB, and one BB. I got to freeze 4 out of the deal. )

    I didn't have a 5 day transfer, but I did have a 6 day. They only did the 6 day because they couldn't pick between 4 perfect embryos. We put in 1 and I'm pregnant with 1 right now.  It looks like you've got pretty good quality so definitely try to be positive. I know the 2ww is the WORST. Good luck!

    Our twins are from an FET 5dt of a 4AB and 3AB.  GL!
    TTK 9/06 / TTC 10/08 / Twins 12/11 / Life Blog
    5 REs + 3 surgical hysteroscopies for septum/lap + 3 failed IUIs
    IVF w/ICSI/AH & acu = BFP!, unexplained spontaneous m/c @ 8w2d (our little girl),
    FET w/acu = BFP!, B/G twins!, lost MP @19w, dx w/funneling cervix @20w,
    twins nearly lost to IC @21w, saved by rescue cerclage, 17P & 16w of bedrest
    Our twins born @36w4d via CS when A came foot first

    Thankful for every day

    I'm pregnant (with a singleton) from a FET of 2 expanded blasts!  Your stats sound great -- good luck!
    TTC since April 2009 dx = PCOS; TTC History for DS - A FET miracle after 7 IUIs; 2 fresh transfers, and 1 other FET resulted in BFNs. Hoping and Praying for baby #2: Cycle 1 - FET; November 2012 BFN Next Steps - who knows? Lilypie Second Birthday tickers

    I've transferred 5 days blasts on 3 separate occasions:

    #1: FET of 2 AB blasts = chemical pregnancy

    #2: Fresh IVF transfer of 2 AA blasts = ectopic pregnancy

    #3: FET of 1 AA and 1 AB blasts = singleton pregnancy

    Me: Stage II endo, borderline high FSH
    DH: perfect
    1 lap, 5 IUIs = 4 BFNs and 1 c/p
    2 IVFs, 2 FETs = 1 BFN, 1 c/p, 1 ectopic and finally a sticky BFP in May 2011!

    Mine twins are from a five day transfer of 2 blasts. Best of luck to you!!
    IUI #1 and #2 = BFN
    IVF#1 = BFN, no frosties

    IVF #2 = BFP!! TWINS!!! Born 3/9/12

    FET #1 = BFP!!!

    DX: High FSH/DOR
    It took 44 cycles, just over 3 years, 6 failed IUI's in MI, and 1 round of IVF at CCRM to get our BFP!
    Beta #1 (9dp5dt) = 206, Beta #2 (11dp5dt) = 438
    1st u/s @ 6w5d = 11/11/11 = ONE little bean! HB 120bpm!

    I had two 5 day blasts transferred on 9/20 and got my BFP with a HPT on 9/28. Our u/s yesterday showed us our precious twins!

    Just wanted to let you know I transferred after 5 days one 5AA graded blast. That was on 9/25 and I found on 10/3 we were successful!! Lots of luck to you!
