I have a work shower scheduled for next week, but other than that, no dates have been set. Obviously, I know I am not entitled to anything, but I know both sides want to throw one...it's just getting a date down. I'm getting worried because it's getting closer, and we've really got nothing!

Don't worry, I just scheduled mine. It was going to be November 13th, but then I noticed I hadn't even registered yet and wouldn't have time to do that before invitations needed to go out. So November 20th it is. I'm registering this weekend so we can send the invitations on Monday.
I have met with the restaurant though where we're having it so I've gotten that step done.
Also, I agree what PP said - I didn't want it after Thanksgiving because it would be too close to Christmas. And I love the idea that if there are leftover things on the registry they can be Christmas presents!
Yup, Hubby almost spilled the beans (yes)! Lol, he mentioned it will be in the city and that the "HALL" had already been booked! (Gotta love him)

I had one last weekend because I didn't have time to travel back to my parents home and later on I didn't want to travel that far anyway. So one down and one to go!
The other is scheduled for 11/13. I scheduled that with my inlaws a long time ago because all of our weekends are a bit nutty, so finding a time early on was important. I even have the list with addresses to them already. We'll be having it at our house as an open house type of thing, many people haven't been to our house and we didn't want to transport stuff.

Mine is November 19...and I'm not done registering yet. EEEK!!! We have only registered online at one place but I would really like to go in store too for those who do not like ordering things online as well as register at one more place since the nearest Target (where we have registered) is 45 min away from our hometown. Where does all the time fly off to!?!?

My work shower is scheduled for Nov. 3rd and my family's shower is on Nov. 12. DH's family is supposedly planning one but they want us to travel 6 hours to them which I am not too keen on that idea. I suggested they come down after the baby is born if they would still like to have one but I don't think that will happen either.
