Unrelated to the May board, but I love you all and I know you will hear me out. My whole family is devastated and we need lots of prayer/thoughts..

My sister had her baby boy 6 weeks ago, he was born with a giant omphalocele. He has been in the NICU since birth and passed away this morning due to infection. She is 19, this was her first baby. We are all so devastated and I can't imagine what she is going through.. he died in her arms. At least we know he is no longer in pain..

Thank you all, you have no idea how much it means to read your kind responses. I am really hurting for my baby sister. I can't imagine how she feels. It makes you appreciate a healthy baby on a whole new level..
