Got Milk? shower theme help
Hey all,
I am hosting a got milk? themed shower for my cousin. I am having such a fun time planning the decorations, but the shower will be in the afternoon (2pm) due to some travel issues, and now that time has me a little stumped for food to serve. I have been to enough showers to know what is typically served, but I'm trying to serve things that somehow go along with our milk theme. I think we're going to do a variety of cookies for dessert/favors, but I need more real food to serve! Any ideas you all have would be awesome:)

Very original theme!
I second the suggestion of having a few non-dairy items....my DD has a milk allergy so I wouldn't be able to eat at your shower. Since its an afternoon party, you don't need a whole meal so a bunch of snacky foods are probably fine.

I really like the idea of setting up a Got Milk? campaign photo booth for everyone and just having a variety of cookies that can eaten with milk. I don't think for 2PM shower you need a big meal.

i personally think i'd shy away from having an all milk meal. some people have milk allergies or simply don't like it. i'd definitely have some other options.
Cottage Chz with Fruits? Does Alfredo pasta count? smoothies? Cheez Pizza? Sweety you got your hands full
