I'm 4 weeks postpartum, I'm breastfeeding my little girl but I have no appetite whatsoever. I have to force my self to eat. Like yesterday I had two scrambled eggs to eat and only around 7pm I realized I didn't eat anything else throughout the day. I don't want my milk supply to go away cuz of this. Anyone experience this? Any tips or advice or how to start eating. Any good snacks you can recommend?
i have this problem too. it's weird b/c i was starving all.the.time while bf'ing my other girls.
i just try to eat when my kids eat, even if i don't want to. good snacks - apple w/ peanut butter, cheese and crackers, veggies and hummus, greek yogurt...just try to pick something healthy w/ protein. and drink plenty of fluids too.

I don't have any advice but I wanted to let you know I feel the same way. Most days I go until the evening before I realize I haven't eaten anything :-/
I am the same way, I will be hungry and then get distracted and forget to eat. Then when I eat alot of times I feel really nauseous. I am only 1 1/2 weeks post partum so when I am hungry I am eating whatever sounds good to me b/c I don't want my milk supply to go down. I am also curious to see what other people say about this.
I had the same problem for awhile, I think I was just to busy trying to take care of DD to think about eating. It would be hours before I realized that I hadn't eaten or even used the bathroom! It never seemed to hurt my supply but I always tried to force feed myself when I realized I hadn't eaten and I tried to drink a lot of water whenever I nursed, so that may have helped. But as soon as I settled into a good routine with everything I was able to eat more.
