Dessert???? My favorite dessert is a banana split! nothing makes me happier than ice cream with hot fudge, bananas, strawberries, nuts, whip cream, and cherries. yummmm

Right now? That labor cake, lmao! It's farking delicious!!
Usually? A handful of things, on rotation. Peach cobbler, pumpkin pie, brownies, chocolate chip cookies with milk, and blueberry pie.

Birthday cake. Yellow. With whipped cream type frosting.

Crap, do I have to pick just one?! I have my "moods" but my all time favorites (in no particular order) are:
Cheesecake, any kind, almost any flavor, just ice cold cheesecake
Frozen Custard
Red Velvet cake
Tiramisu
I don't remember who posted this recipe but I curse them! I can't stop eating it. It's a good thing this recipe was discovered at the end of my pregnancy and not at the beginning

my others are a brownie sundae with vanilla ice cream, or a hot fudge sundae with mint chocolate chip ice cream and chocolate sprinkles
course around the fall the apple pie with vanilla ice cream cravings kick in
I LOVE custard-y stuff like creme brulee, panna cotta, etc.
Also, any kind of custard pie. Key lime is the bomb.com.

I think mostly I just like pie in general!
I can't really just pick one either! Hands down Mint chocolate chip ice cream. I also love Congo squares,
7 layer bars,
most kinds of chocolate,
my moms ice cream cake, (she makes it with many different flavors)
and a restaurant in Pittsburgh (Eat-n-Park) has a dessert called Grilled Stickies Ala Mode. Basically hot french toast sticks with vanilla ice cream and a sauce over top. It is to DIE for!!!!!
You do realize how HORRIBLE this post is for 9 month pregnant mamas, right?! Now I want ALL of these things!
(FYI, I justgoogled labor cake. To confirm, it's "just" devil's food cake w/ extra chocolate add-ins right?)
Anyway, in debatable order:
key lime pie
chocolate chip cookies

but really, any baked good is up there too.
Lol....yes i do realize it. being overdue (my ticker is off by 2 days) and desperately craving sweets, i knew i wasn't alone. i figured we could all go down in the dessert ship together.
MMmmm...Here's my short list:
cannolis (preferably dipped in chocolate)
french silk pie
The best dessert however is from a taps restaurant in Grand Rapids MI that has dark chocolate truffles under a flourless chocolate cake w/ chocolate ganache
