I've been told that on the 3rd day of menses I need to go in to my RE for a specific test. Can someone jog my memory on what the name of this test is and what is its purpose?
Also, when I first consulted my RE said DH would have to do a sperm count test but she never scheduled it. Did she drop the ball or did we?
TIA!
Re: 2 Questions
Bloodwork is done on CD3 for FSH/E2 (ovarian reserve tests). AMH can be tested anytime. My prolactin/TSH was also tested on cd3. Progesterone is usually done 7DPO.
HSG= exray of fallopian tubes to see if they are open. Done around Cd10 (according to my recollection last winter, I could be off a day or 2)
As for the SA, it depends. Does your RE test it or was she sending DH to a urologist? Just call and ask. It can be done any day. GL.
