is it normal?

I am roughly seven weeks pregnant. I have my first doctors appointment on June 14. Before I took my first pt i was having extreme breast pain and horrible heartburn. Now I have nearly no symptoms at all. Occasionally I have a few light abdominal pains, help?

Yeah, it is common for symptoms to come and go. The abdominal pains COULD be your ute growing. My dr said to make sure to stay hydrated and drink plenty of water and those pains should go away...some....

Thanks. A friend of mine reported she had pains and spotting the whole time. I figure as long as I have no bleeding its all good!
