What do you think of Violet Catherine?

So DH still won't give me any names! The mn will more than likely be Catherine. I have liked Violet for awhile now. Thoughts? If you don't like it please feel free to give me some other names that are the same style that sound good with Lilah. I don't want a name to match hers, but at least sound like they came form the same family. Names DH already nixed are Hazel, Fiona, & Annabelle.

I would go with Fiona Violet....I wanted to name DD1 Fiona but Shrek came out about the time she was born. Both of my girls have flower middle names, so Im slightly partial to that. I would convince your hubby to go with Fiona if I were you!

I'm not really a fan of Violet as a FN - just NMS. It's a bummer he doesn't like Fiona because I think Fiona Violet is a nice combo too. However, I don't agree with trying to convince your husband to like something. I wouldn't want to be talked into a name either.

He nixed Juliet & Adele too. I love Ada, but have a niece Ava. Sounds too similar.

Thanks for all the help ladies. This is so hard. Lilah was a name we both loved. It was his Grandma's name, so it was a go for him from the start. This time around no such luck on any names. I love Fiona too, maybe he will come around, but I doubt it.
