my LO still takes 3 naps a day (sometimes we even get 4). they were always 30 min. naps until this past week when the am and mid-afternoon one started becoming 1 hr naps. she also sleeps 12 hours.
I think based on the total amount of sleep she is getting is just fine. She just spread her naps out for you. My DD only takes 2 naps one in the morning and one in the afternoon. The range from about 1 hour to 3 hours depending on the day. My DD sleeps 11.5 hours most nights. I wouldn't worry about it.
My 11 month old takes 2-3 naps and sleeps 12 hrs at night. The length of her naps really depend. She can take a 2 hr nap or a 20 min nap. It doesn't seem to make a difference to her. I sure enjoy the longer naps so I can get more done in the day

My LO has been a 2 napper since he was about 3 months old, and is quickly moving to one 2 hour nap.
I miss the days of 3 naps.
A kiss he will never forget- Disney World 2014
She takes two naps..her first is about 2.5 to 3 hrs (daycare) and her second one is about an hour.
She sleeps 10 hours at night.

I like to use this as a guideline.
