But can a Mucus plug just look like snot? I had a but of mucusy discharge today and it looked snottish....clear/whiteish not green snot.

I never went through the mucus plug thing with DS so I have no clue. But I thought they were usually a pink or brown color...?

I've been told (childbirth class) that it can be just white-ish.

I have heard that's exactly what it looks like. I haven't seen mine yet (not that excited too lol) but it sounds right.

I lost mine a week ago.. and mine was like mucous and it was clear one day it looked grayish.. but mostly clear.. the doctor tested it and said it was my mucous plug.... but I didn't loose it all at once it came daily all day .... not fun ...

yep. Long stringy snot. I lost mine after the cerclage surgery at 20w and it was like gobs of snot...

stringy snot like substance, it can be pretty much any color you can lose it all at once or bits at a time. mines usually a greenish whitish color
