My morning deejay was discussing this this morning, except the question was directed to guys. "Don't Take the Girl" was a popular response.

Im not a huge country fan, but that song "You're gonna miss this" gets me every time. Sarah Mcglauclen (SP!) "I will remember you". Lots, I'm a cryer. lol.
Rascal Flatts "Skin" is the first one that comes to mind. That song reduces me to a quivering, sobbing mess. I know there are others that I can't think of right now, but that song has to be the saddest ever.
This one makes me tear up too because it makes me think of my dog (who I rescued). It makes me think of the day she will not be able to be with us any longer. It tears me up!
The Dance by Garth Brooks because I remember dancing to that with both my dad and my uncle, who we lost 3 years ago to cancer.
Sarah McL "In the arms of an angel" because of that farking ASPCA commercial.
"We are Man and Wife" (our first dance song) by Michelle Featherstone
"Blessed Be Your Name" (worship song) - makes me think of my friend's son who passed when he was young
"Skin" by Rascal Flats
"If You're Reading This" by Tim McGraw
"Broken People" by KJ52
Bunch by Garth Brooks - The Dance, If Tomorrow Never Comes...
More I'm sure, but that's all off the top of my head.

This song is verbatim what my husband and I went through for awhile. We had a sketchy 20 week ultrasound that we excitingly counted down the days for. Once it came and we were shocked with concerning news about our little girls health, we were a wreck for the rest of the pregnancy until she came out perfectly healthy. Whenever I hear that song, it brings back those emotions and makes me cry. We love our baby girl!
Jeeze I didn't realize just how big of a wussy I am!
I am about to get teary eyed here at work just reading the titles of these songs beacuse I can hear them playing in my head as I read... and pretty much EVERY SINGLE ONE you ladies have named are ones that make me cry

This is one that makes me cry too! Especially because my younger brother had childhood leukemia:(
"You're going to miss this" - that song came out when my DD was born (3 years ago) and I heard it over and over and over and it helped me a lot as she was so fussy and colicky...I still cry when I hear it as it takes me back to that time.
"It won't be like this for long" - this is now my DS (5 months) song!
"When Daddy let me Drive" - reminds me of my Dad and my sisters (we're 3 girls in the family) and he taught me to drive too
"Turn Around" by Nanci Griffith - daddy/daughter wedding dance
God, now I'm a sobby mess thinking about all of them!
