Leak? Everywhere and all the time? The bottles will be sitting up right on a table and just leak out mild. My DH wants to throw them out. I love them and don't want to get rid of them. I called the company and they said to not screw them very tight at all. We did that and they still leak. We obviously don't fill them over the line like they say. Has anyone else had this problem and been able to fix it? Help.

The only time I've had them leak is when I forgot to put the inserts in (the rubber piece and tube). I've done that more times than I can count when in a rush.

Yes! Occasionally one seems to pull a weird vacuum up the blue tube and it just spills out the top, even sitting upright. When we have one doing that I just unscrew the nipple and rescrew it and it fixes it. *shrug*
I've done all these things and they still leak. Maybe I should call the company again and ask for a refund or new box?

I've never had a problem with leaks. One thing though...the directions say NOT to warm the bottle with the nipple and collar to prevent the vent from leaking fluid if gas forms during warming. Maybe this is why? (Though I will add that I fully assemble the bottle before warming, I guess there is a possibility of leakage.)
We don't warm out bottles at all. The boys drink them straight from the fridge. Keep the suggestions coming. Surely someone has been able to fix this. I appreciate all the comments.

Mine leak, almost every time. I do mix them in the bottle and I usually make 5 at a time and then store them in the fridge. As soon as it starts to leak I unscrew the nipple and the srew it back on extra tight and that seems to make it stop. The only thing I can think of is since I mix them in the bottles maybe gas is trying to escape so they leak? I have no idea.
One of the bottles I bought had this same exact problem! I did find out the leak was at the bottom on the bottle, at the seam. This was a brand new bottle too. We just threw that bottle away and kept the extra stems and valve.
