hi ladies, im starting to get nervous about a drop in my supply. Would like to start taking fenugreek. how do you go about it? TIA

When I take it, I usually do either 3 pills 3x daily or 2 pills 3x daily. They are 610mg each and I got a bottle of 100 at GNC.

Ive noticed that most people here reccomend the pill form. The pill I took did nothing at all, so I swapped to Fenugreek Tea and saw a huge difference the same day. It was 3 years ago, but I think I drank 2-3 cups of tea per day. I must have done that for a few months. I liked the taste, so it was no big deal. I used honey to sweeten it.

I've tried the tea and it did nothing for me. I drank it 4 times a day for a couple weeks. I tried the pills and have seen a huge difference. Mine came from my lactation consultant at the hospital I work at. 1 capsule 4 times per day, 333 mg total as a blend of fenugreek, blessed thistle, nettle, and fennel seed.

thank you ladies! i also bought ,other's milk tea. i didnt see fenugreek tea in the herbal store i went to

hoping th e mother's milk tea will be good as well
