Sooo embarrassing/painful :(
Today on my way into school (I'm a teacher) I slipped on the one ice patch in the parking lot and fell flat on my back. Oh and it was right in front of a line of cars of parents dropping their kids off. And in front of all the buses. I hopped up right away and one dad was nice enough to get out of his car to see if I was okay. It didn't hurt right away (because I think I was concentrated more on the embarrassment) but now my lower back is throbbing. As if I needed more back pain!

Don't worry about embarrassed. R u OK? baby OK? should you get yourself checked?
You definitely don't need more strain on your back. I hope you feel better soon

You should probably call your doctor. You're far enough along now that a fall can cause problems.

Oh no! How embarrassing. I feel your pain. At least you had ice to blame I am just clumsy. Not a good combination with being pregnant. I hope you are ok. Tell your kids to take it easy on you for a couple of days. Sit at your desk and relax.
Do call your OB just to make sure everything is ok. Better to be safe than sorry. Watch out for more ice.
