  PMS like cramping sounds totally normal.

  Menstrual like cramps is your uterus expanding and happens in all pregnancies.

  Sharp pains on one side could indicate an eptopic pregnancy.

  I am also around 4 wks and having some cramping.  I actually thought AF was coming before I got a BFP.  From what I've read on here it seems normal to have some cramping.

  My ovulations came at 11 days .... i was still not normal after having my IUD out! .... im not a patient person and took and test 5 days befoe i was going to start and there you go
