TMI ? about labor signs

Did anyone experience diarrhea and vomiting right before going into labor? I spent last night on the toilet alternating between puking my guts out and having diarrhea. I'd had pretty bad contractions all night, but they had stopped by the time the GI stuff started happening. So far no more contractions today.

This never happened with my other kids and was just wondering if it happened to anyone right before going into labor. I know it could just be a stomach bug or something I ate, but I'm looking to hear other experiences about how soon they went into labor after this happened.

My friend had that with both pregnancies. Also, you might still be having the contractions, as they often cause diarrhea. Feel better and stay hydrated!!!

I had diarrhea the night/early morning before labor started. It was the worst diarrhea that I had ever had (TMI?!) with loads of cramps...it almost made me want to vomit!

I had vomitting and diarrhea last Sunday/Monday morning. Contractions were 4 mins apart and lasting 1 min for hours. Went to L&D for 6 hours of IV fluids because of dehydration. I still have an inside baby. It could just be the flu.
