The left side of my nose is sooo stopped up! I have blown and blown until it is just raw. Any recommendations as to something I can take? I have a low milk supply as it is and dont want to make it worse by taking a medicine

I also suggest the sqeezy bottle neti pot - saved me from decongestants my entire pregnancy! (And I have horrid year round allergies.)

I've had a cold for the past few days and I've been using Afrin nasal spray. It works great and hasn't affected my supply at all!
