GTKY: Bucket List Edition

Last year I started a bucket list of things I want to do/accomplish in my lifetime. What are 5 things you want to do (besides having a baby, starting a family)?

1. get my master's degree in business

2. visit all 50 states

3. go to a live taping of the Ellen show

4. start a charity that helps underpriviledged children

5. run the NY marathon

    Okay, now that that's out:

    1. take and pass the ARE (Architectural Registration Exams)---all 9 tests!!!
    2. restore/renovate an old house/building either to its former glory or through "adaptive reuse," create it into something wonderful.
    3. Visit Alaska.
    4. Travel to NW U.S.
    5. take up ballet (am I too old to start?)

    I want to go skydiving too, DH keeps trying to talk me out of the idea.

    OOOoo, I like this one!  I get to fly in small planes (props and jets) for my job, so I really am fascinated!

    I would love to take few classes at a culinary school, I love to cook & bake and am totally addicted to Food Network.

    4. Get braces (again! I was bad and didn't wear my retainers...)

    5. Get a tattoo, hopefully one I won't regret

  • Don't let him! This one has got to be one of the easiest (and scariest). I never remember to do it for a birthday, maybe I should just remind DH now that a voucher would be a great idea for a pre-KU gift.

    2. Go back to school to be licensed as a lay pastor.

    3. Go to a Phillies World Series game.

    4. Start taking dance classes again.

    5. Restore or build a home.


  • 1. Have a successful business of my own - I have a really good idea, I just don't know how to take the next step.

    5. I have a list of countries I want to visit - Italy, Greece, Switzerland, Germany to name a few.

    Feb 2016 -Started IVF cycle but cancelled. 
    March 2016 - Changed doctor
    March 2016 - Diagnosed with male factor, motility issues
    May 31, 2016 - Started IVF cycle
    June 15, 2016 - Egg retrieval, 27 eggs
