My fave winter meal is pasta with meat sauce bc I'm lazy in the winter. Just scramble ground turkey or beef and simmer in a couple cans of sauce with spices to taste and serve with pasta. takes about 25 minutes altogether
Homemade baked mac n cheese, or shepherd's pie. They also make great leftovers.
