    2nd BFP- July 2011.  Chemical Pregnancy
    3rd BFP- Sep 2011. My beautiful son was born May 2012.

    My dad: Also social worker.  He is the Midwest regional director for a small company that sets up and supports cities' delivery of community-based mental health services for former residential patients. 

    My FIL: Was a UPS supervisor (retired), now he works for the city as the guy who deals with all the recycling.

    My MIL: Housewife.

  • My dad worked on printing presses, that is as much as I ever understood.  He is retired now.

    My mom did daycare out of the house until she couldn't stand the parents anymore, and then worked part time retail.  She is now on permanant disability due to emphysema (smoking is bad mm...kay)

    My FIL is an accountant.

    My MIL was a paralegal before she passed.

  • What do/did your parents for a living? My Mom is the Director of Business Development (Bioanalytical) for a global contract research organization. My Dad has worked retail sales and had his own business'. Mom is the bread winner ;)

    What do/did your in-laws for a living? My FIL had many jobs. Most notably he was in Sales and before that he was an Engineering Professor. My MIL made wedding dresses.

  • My mom and stepdad own and run a trucking company here in RI

    My dad:  is currently unemployed, has managed a car dealership for 15 years but was laid off a year ago, and he's now trying to open up his own small car lot. 

    My FIL: Does something with computers at a large company. Not sure if he's a programmer, or what, but he has a pretty good job. 

    My MIL: does some sort of office work for a company that handles medical claims

  • My mom: Was a computer programmer back in the 70s.  She retired when she got pregnant with me to be a SAHM.

    My dad: Was a career Navy officer, retired as a Commander.

    FIL: Started off in the Army, then was a firefighter until retirement.  I think he was a Captain or District Chief.

    MIL: Did a little of everything here and there.  Her favorite job was being a librarian for a grammar school.
