Anything else? Does anyone remember "Chinese Jump Rope"? It was a game played with an elastic rope that hooked around 2 people and one person had to hop over and on the rope. The rope started at the ankles and as you completed each round, the rope was moved higher and higher. I LOVED that game and must say I was the best on the playground!

Did you used to cry your eyes out? I can remember my mom coming into my room because she thought something was wrong, and there I was bawling because I was because I was reading a book call something depressing like "If I Should Die Before I Wake".

What was your favorite book? Hmmm...I was a total bookworm as a kid, so this is hard, but I will go with anything by Judy Blume. I loved the Fudge books.
What did you want to be when you grew up? Varied between a teacher and an astronaut. I am a teacher, though some days I think I should have gone with astronaut.
Anything else? I remember playing all those clapping games with friends. "Numbers" was my favorite - I was a pro! And the jumprope games. And all the random games we just made up, spur of the moment. Man, I can't wait to do all this stuff with my kids!

I skipped a lot of the Sweet Valley High books, going for the college years and the ones about their ancestors.
4. An artist. HA! Not an artistic bone in my body. I can handle crafts. I still remember, a few years ago I found a bunch of the paintings I had done when I was younger and thought were sooooooooo good. They were TERRIBLE! I yelled at my mom for lying to me and telling me I was a good painter! LOL
